Mold - create the shape of the counterweight; pattern spraying; core setting; filming Melt - furnace operation; pouring the iron into the molds to create the counterweight Prefinish - remove cores, sand, and any flash or edging from each counterweight Finish - parts processing; buffing; painting; detail work to perfect the surface of the counterweight prior to shipping Requirements:
