REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent, valid driverEUR(TM)s license, reliable transportation, active auto insurance, current vehicle registration, clean criminal history and driving record.
Current CPR/First Aid preferred Candidates should be proficient with communication, reliable, caring, flexible and willing to learn.
Responsibilities vary per homesite, but may include:
Assist with daily living activities, including preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene.
Complete and update daily paperwork accurately.
Transport individual to job, various community activities and doctor appointments.
Assist with teaching about and preparing healthy meal plans to encourage optimal health.
Exhibit flexibility to changing situations and be able to adapt as necessary.
Participate in required meetings and training.
